Some scenes need light from a place you can't rig a fixture. Our aerial lighting drones fly a high-output, dimmable source anywhere above the scene — no crane or condor required.
Aerial lighting puts a movable movie light in three-dimensional space: a high-output LED flown on a drone, positioned and moved above night exteriors, large sets and action from angles a crane simply can't reach.
We fly two rigs. The custom Y6 carries a 33,000-lumen LED on a tiltable gimbal for around 18 minutes — ideal as a soft, movable key or fill. The Alta X / Tango II delivers a 70,000-lumen spotlight that moves freely through 360°.

A 70,000-lumen aerial spotlight that moves freely through 360° — a movie light you can put anywhere in the sky.
A drone-mounted light reaches over water, across ravines, above crowds and around structures a condor would take hours to serve. It moves with the action, follows a performer, or becomes a motivated source — a helicopter, a moon — that actually travels through the shot.
Both rigs are fully dimmable to the exact output the DP calls for, so the aerial source integrates with the ground package. The 70,000-lumen spotlight gives hard, directional punch; the 33,000-lumen Y6 gives a softer, mobile key — repositioned in seconds between setups.
